Before you install anything#
If you have not downloaded any Pro source yet (no install through the CLI or MCP, no copied code), ask within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full.
After you install#
Once Pro source has been downloaded or pulled by the CLI or MCP, there are no refunds, because the source cannot be returned. One exception: if an item is broken and we cannot fix it within 14 days of your report, we refund the purchase.
Pro yearly#
You can cancel renewal at any time from the billing portal on your account page. The current year is not refunded once source was downloaded; what you installed stays licensed.
How to ask#
Email hello@pixilui.com with the email on your account and what went wrong. Refunds go back through the payment provider to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 days.
