Using the site and the registry#
The site, the free registry, the markdown pages and the MCP server for free items are open to everyone without an account. Do not overload them: automated access that degrades the service for others may be rate limited or blocked.
Accounts#
You need an account to buy and use Pro. Keep your login and access tokens to yourself and tell us if one leaks; revoke tokens from the account page at any time. We may suspend accounts that break the licence or these terms.
Payments#
Payments are taken by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and handles tax and invoices. Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Founder prices apply to the number of licences stated at launch.
The licence and refunds#
What you may do with the items is in the licence. When you can get your money back is in the refund policy.
Changes and availability#
We improve items and may change or retire them; what you already installed keeps working, because it is your source. We aim to keep the site and the registry available but do not promise uninterrupted service. If these terms change, the new version is posted here with its date.
Liability#
The service and the items are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
